Ceramic Monster Planter

Class Series - 2 Sessions

Thursdays, September 28 & October 12, 6:00pm-8:00pm

Make and glaze your own monster planter to put on display during the spooky season! In the first session, learn how to create and shape your planter using clay. After two weeks to dry, glaze your creation to give it color and some character. Instructor will then fire the planter in a kiln, and once completed you can take home your little monster and a plant to go with it!

• Materials Needed: All materials provided.
• Class Fee: $60 ($54 for LowellArts Members). Fee includes materials.

Corrine Charon has an associate’s degree in Fine Arts and works in multiple mediums. She has been creating art since a very young age and is always eager to learn and try new things. She has worked mainly in oil painting, sculpture, jewelry/metal art, and, most recently, ceramics.
