Lassini

Whitney Lassini is a contemporary enamel artist, glass worker and metalsmith. She has been making jewelry both as a hobby and professionally for many years. Her passion for making jewelry was born from a love of all things miniature. As a child she loved miniature sculptures and had a large collection of tiny treasures. 15 years ago she learned how to make glass beads and it quickly turned into a passion. "Melting glass is so soothing to me, I could spend hours at the torch and never get bored." Recently Whitney discovered the art of Cloisonné enameling and her career took an exciting turn. She is now enameling full time and is thoroughly enjoying all of the possibilities this ancient art form has to offer. Whitney enjoys sharing what she's learned with others and teaches classes all over the US in glass work, wire weaving and enameling.
