Zinn

Katzinn studied fine art, graphics and illustration at UC Riverside and worked for a number of years as a graphic artist in Los Angeles, California before returning home to the state of Michigan. For the past 25 years she has shown and sold her art not only throughout the United States, but also internationally. Her drawings are created from her imagination; in fact she says she generally has no preconceived notion of what she will draw when she begins. Labeled a pen and ink artist, her unique technique for applying ink has received much praise, as well as several awards, including First Place in 2D at Tawas Bay Art Festival (2019) and Best of Show Tawas Bay Art Festival (2019), Judges Award at Shelby Township Art Festival (2019), and Second Place at the Thumb Area Guild fine Arts (2019).
