My photography is about interesting people, places, and things, but it is nature that supplies a never-ending inspiration for my work, be it a vivid lightning strike over the lake, a striking landscape, or a wild animal striking a pose. Whether photographing in the area or when my wife and I travel, I seek out interesting locations and plan the images I expect to capture. But the unexpected shots that find my lens often provide the most satisfying shots and the most pleasure for those viewing my work.
