Painting en Plein Air
Single Session Instructor: Alyson Rodriguez Class Fee: $60 ($54 for LowellArts Members) In this class, we will take in the beautiful scenery of Lowell as we enjoy the process of painting “en plein air” or outdoors. Begin in the classroom, and then practice outside!

In this class, we will take in the beautiful scenery of Lowell as we enjoy the process of painting “en plein air” or outdoors. Class will start in the classroom to discuss techniques such as perspective and color theory, then we will move outside to our location to paint. Canvas, brushes and acrylic paint provided.

Alyson Rodriguez completed a Masters in Fine Arts at KCAD in 2019, and has worked in the arts as an instructor for 10 years. She creates in multiple mediums and loves to explore new ways to make art. Her roots lie in the realm of painting but she has studied and explored a variety of mediums.
