Hawks & Owls
Hawks and Owls puts together a great show of traditional old time fiddle music, folk, country blues, bluegrass, Irish music, and original compositions. Award winning musician Bruce Ling plays fiddle, flat-picks guitar, plays banjo, and picks mandolin in their sets of music, and world class old time rhythm guitar player Becca Ling provides the rhythm and joins on the vocals. Austin Benzing adds flair with intricate flat picked guitar and vocals, and Jeremiah Wenger holds down the bottom end and the groove with his stand up bass.

BLUE WATER RAMBLERS
The Blue Water Ramblers harmonize to create a colorful tapestry of sounds. “Banjo-Jim” Foerch on his acoustic and electric banjos and R.H. “Bear” Berends on his big Marten guitar are the core of the vocal and writing team. Then add “California Dan” Lynn laying down the steady rhythm on his doghouse bass and you get: the unique Blue Water Rambler sound. Joining them is Julia Kent on the Fiddle and Nate Myers on Mandolin. The Ramblers perform from their Americana repertoire of songs expressing their unique take on our lives of “something old, something new, something borrowed and something blue”.

BRUCE MATTHEWS
"Front porch music." That's how Matthews describes his invitation to a music and story-filled journey often winding up on the front porch, sharing and singing and doing life together. Matthews writes about brokenness, redemption, and his personal journey as well as that of others. “You look in the mirror,” Matthews says. “Some things you celebrate. Others, not so much. What you do today with what you see there—that’s what matters.” And some of what Matthews does is make deeply personal roots music.

B-SIDE GROWLERS
The B-Side Growlers are an acoustic trio from Grand Rapids, MI, who focus on what’s become their tagline: “Tradition inspired, toe-tappin’ fired, vintage acoustic blues, jazz and country”. This allows them to create a musical experience with a rich history, festive atmosphere and a wide variety of song styles. Tradition inspired music is alive and well…and The B-Side Growlers enjoy being a part of it!
